We use Calcium <http://www.brownbearsw.com/calcium/WhatIsIt.ht> for the
library and for all of the school laptop carts. Works great, easily
configurable - then again it's all I know so there may be better
products. Here's

scheduling page so you can see what it looks like. There's a bunch of
random stuff at the bottom but the top areas are used a lot. Take a look at
the library scheduling calendar - I changed it just a few weeks ago so I
could be the one allocating spaces rather than having one teacher book the
computer lab for two weeks. I used to have several library calendars but
now I just have a master and I decide where the classes are going. Good
