We moved our library last summer - currently most of it is in storage in
Fremont and the rest is in a corner of the library that isn't affected by
construction. We used Moving Solutions - initially I was worried because
they aren't a "library moving company" but they have moved a number of
libraries and they did a very good job. The supervisor wouldn't let anyone
start until he gave them explicit instructions and he worked alongside them
to be sure it was all done correctly. They moved everyone in the building
that is now under construction - a huge job and everyone has been happy
with their work. They were chosen because they were relatively inexpensive.
