Hello,
I was wondering if you or your teachers are using a site such as
Biblionasium<http://www.biblionasium.com/> with elementary and/or middle school
students? Biblionasium is a free social reading site, sort of a Goodreads for
kids, in which students can keep track of books, recommend books to their class
or specific individuals, and share book reviews. Our tech integrator and I are
looking to see if this would be a good tool to help manage and inspire our
students' independent reading. If you have used this site, I'd love to know
your opinions! If you've used another site, app, or platform for creating this
sort of social reading community, sharing student (and adult) book suggestions
and reviews, etc., I'd love to know what you have used, and how it has worked
for your community.
Thanks in advance!
Best,
Riva
