Hi Tana,

There were issues at my old school too, so I just made it a simple login
with only the student/teacher's email address used to login.

I just had to upload a spreadsheet with everyone's email address to the
patron manager.

This info may be too late for you, but just in case you don't want to give
up :)

you to know that OverDrive will be refunding that amount to Bellarmine so
