[AZ-Observing] Re: weather balloon this morning?

I saw it as well at abt 6:15 thru my 7x30 binoculars. Quite impressive
looked like a typical hot air balloon only silver-white in color

Saw what looked like a high altitude balloon this morning, just before and
after dawn in the eastern sky, about 45 degrees above the horizon. I was on
my bike and didn't have binocs with me. Anyone else?
