Hi AJ. I had not heard that Steve is in the hospital. I do hope that he is
recovering. Steve has always been a delight to chat with out at the
Antennas or up in Happy Jack.

Yesterday Bill Anderson and I visited Steve at the VA Hospital in
Prescott, AZ. He was delighted to see us and we spent the better part of 2
hours talking about the good times and difficult times we have had over the
years. When he got the donations from the AAMM he was quite moved at the
generosity displayed especially when he learned there was just over
$400.00. I to was impressed by the concern and donations for this long
term astronomer, author and SAC member.
He said visitors were welcome but best to call ahead so he could work
around his physical therapy. If interested let me know off list and I'll
