Hi Jennifer;
The star parties at the Regional Library in Gilbert are organized by Win
Pendleton, on behalf of the Riparian Institute. There is also an astronomy
lecture (free to Riparion members, others nominal fee) in the Library building,
starting at 8 pm. The location of the Gilbert Regional Library is SE corner,
Guadalupe and Greenfield Rds. The scopes for the star party are set up in the
east parking lot (walking distance east of the Library). EVAC and AESRC members
are supporting the star parties with their telescopes.
Here is the web page for the Riparian Institute:

Sky Watch activities are scheduled for Friday evenings: Jan 10th, Feb. 14,
March 14th, and so forth. http://www.riparianinstitute.org/public.html
