[AZ-Observing] home observatory and Arizona heat

Hi,
I am thinking of building a backyard observatory or telescope shed, and I would
appreciate any insights into how equipment holds up when stored in a backyard
observatory in our summer heat. Any comments on dust issues would be
appreciated as well.
