I don't think so. I'm guessing aircraft or satellites.
The many aircraft are not surprisingly flying on a north-south line, along
the length of Chile.
Brian Skiff and I visually observed at Las Campanas a mere 25 years ago,
almost to the date, and air traffic was negligible back then.
I think in the last few decades commercial air traffic
has increased by a factor of like 10 or 20. Las Campanas doesn't
seem to be on the way to anywhere in particular, and if the
flights are (say) Santiago to Antofogasta, it seems like they
could skirt the several observatory sites on that route
rather easily.
