On Saturday, March 30 at 2:00 p.m., prior to the Messier Marathon, we will
be having a ceremony for Steve Coe at the "Antennas" site, only a few miles
away from the Airstrip. Steve originally found this site, and often stayed
there with his scopes for a week or more. During the past 15 years, the
Antennas site became popular with the Phoenix astronomy clubs.
Those of us who are already at the airstrip at that time can carpool over to
the site, and be back in plenty of time for the 5:00 dinner.

From Airstrip: Drive back toward I-10, but rather than taking Hovatter Rd.
back up to the freeway, continue west for another 200 feet, and then head
south of Hovatter Rd. In a bit less than a mile, the road will curve right
(west), In another three quarters of a mile, the road will curve back to the
left (south), and the site will be on the left.
