I ran through the cludgy CalSky interface, and made this chart for my house.

It looks like it should become visible from the city in binoculars between
8:36 p.m. and 8:42 p.m. It will be moving from southwest to northeast, and
passing very nearly over the top of Arcturus. Disclaimer: I don't know how
much the path will be affected by parallax at your site, or even about the
reliability of this CalSky chart.
