Saw it also from So Mountain ~19:15 to 19:20. It rose from the west with a
small plume. Then, there appeared to be a burnt stage detachment, when the
rocket was almost exactly due south, with a large plume which hung around
for about 5min before disappearing. The next stage, which was much fainter
could be seen accelerating and fading heading south-east. I lost it as it
crossed Canis Major.

My observation was from Scottsdale, and it looked a lot like the rocket
launch we've seen picture of last December.
