[AZ-Observing] Passing of Brian Marsden

Hello all;
It is my sad duty to inform you of the death of Brian Marsden. He was the
head of CBAT, the clearing house for astronomical information about
comets, asteroids and other rapidly changing objects in the sky. He
retired from that task in 2006 after many decades at its helm.
Dr. Marsden was also the man who created many of the modern calculating
algorithms to keep track of objects in the solar system. Here is his
