[AZ-Observing] Re: Northern Arizona Sky Glow

Dean and all -

I just started processing some of my GCSP pics and believe I've also captured 
some of the airglow phenomenon you photographed.  

I was camped in the Nat'l Forest just south of Tusayan on Sunday night and took 
a series of pics to the north, believing I might be witnessing a faint auroral 
display (I was prompted by reports earlier in the week mentioning auroral 
activity noted from Utah).  

I made a two-frame and ten-frame set of gifs from my 60D exposures and, 
although gravity waves are only hinted at, seem to strengthen the case for 
airglow rather than aurora.

frame-to-frame):
