Yes, I think you can. What I am wondering is what constitutes a
purchase? If I send a check for an item, but I didn't get it before the
MM, would that still be considered a purchase? I assume one can 'think'
about buying something and even talk to an astronomical vendor and
neither would not enrage the Clear Night Sky god.
I think, Rick, you need to go into great detail on all the qualifying
factors, maybe even coming up with the astronomical equivalent of the 10
Commandments. I can just see you now coming down Mt. Kitt Peak with a
stone scroll cradled in each arm.......... :-)
