AJ et al, No kidding. It seems not that long ago we had several astronomy stores in Phoenix. I will forward this notice to our members (all 18 of them :) and urge them to visit and support the new lines at Photomark. I'll be in town later this week and check them out personally. It would be great for Photomark to succeed with this. Thanks for the heads up. This has some interesting possibilities. I have never been to Photomark so can't make any comments about that. Anyone have any comments? > AJ Crayon > Phoenix, AZ > > > ----- Original Message ----- > From: Neil Bourque > To: EVAC ONLINE > Sent: Monday, August 18, 2008 4:35 PM > Subject: [EVAC ONLINE] EVAC OT Photomark > > > A quick OT note, I was at Photomark Camera on 22nd street and McDowell. They have just started to sell telescopes with Meade and Celestron. They are trying to make it work, I told them they should contact EVAC to advertise. Is there a way to outreach to them, or put a note in the next newsletter? They are going to have a Meade rep there on Aug 23rd to do a short seminar in what to look for in buying a scope > > It would really be good if we had a telescope store here in town that we could support. I don't really regard Photon Instruments all that well, and driving down to Starizona or Oceanside gets old. > > > -- > See message header for info on list archives or unsubscribing, and please > send personal replies to the author, not the list. > -- See message header for info on list archives or unsubscribing, and please send personal replies to the author, not the list.
