Like some of you I like telescopes. ; )
However my collections is getting a little busy and my wife is starting to
complain. I looked around and realized I have two scopes I haven't touched
in years.
I have a Celestron 6" refractor 1200mm f/8 that I would like to find a new
home for. It is the OTA only with rings but no dovetail or diagonal.
$400 A Minus Violet filter is included.
The second is a one of a kind in that it is the Vixen VMC200L but in Orion
markings. This scope was sent to Orion from Vixen in an attempt to have
Orion market this model under their brand. The deal never went through and
so this the one off. Not what I would consider a collectors item but it
has to be explained why a Vixen scope is branded as an Orion.
I loaned it to a good friend to do a project and he decided it needed
columniation. Well it might have but I think he made it worse. So it may
need some tweaking and I don't have the patience to do a good job on a
scope I don't use anymore. Yours for $500.
