JD… followed your “link” to the pictures… Pretty nice.
Then I found your Asteroid 2014 JO25 image going by Messier 64…
We more or less captured the same field… Mine is here:
http://www.az-dahut.net/Obs-Log-Sheets/Asteroid-2014-JO25-20170419.jpg
What caught my eye was two items…
Interestingly, it “appears” that our asteroids are going at different angles
(slightly)…
I know of course that they are not…. But still, an interesting comparison…
But the “biggie” ( at least for me ) was what appears as a “wobble” of the
asteroid.
My image is not such a big “wide field” and perhaps shows it better, but I
think yours does too.
I have been wondering what caused that… I understand the asteroid is actually
two “chunks” which have come together, being a large one and a smaller one, and
that the whole thing was “tumbling”…. I am pretty sure that this is what we
were “detecting” in the image.
My exposures were 15 seconds each….
Anyway, thanks for sharing.

For those interested in maybe going up to the Bruce Brocket Trail Head
off of I17 Exit 298, here are some stats for last weekend.
SQM readings after 10 PM averaged 21.7. I always delete the high reading
and low reading and take an average. Usually 6 or so readings.
The only visible lights are from the town of Jerome. Jerome is 23 miles
away. (See picture) There was a small bit of smoke in the area as a
controlled lightning burn was occurring near the DCT. The Moon turned a
bit yellowish due to the smoke.
See the link below for a series of pictures in each direction. A Canon
camera with a 50mm lens was used. Settings were ISO=1600, F2 and 6
second exposure. One picture has an 8mm lens used.
Even with the sky glow from Phoenix, Omega Centari was easily seen. It
looked very good in the telescope.

I used the upper parking level for setup and pictures. The Phoenix crowd
set up on the lower level.
