Howdy all;
Walt Thomas came over for a visit to the RV park near Wickenburg. We stood
around and saw that Venus was over the sunset location to the west and Saturn
and Mars were off to the south above Scorpius. I have always been fascinated
by how fast Mars moves as it grows fainter. It was near Saturn a little white
ago and now is far to the east of it.
Ron James, the nice man who lets me stay on his lot for a modest fee, was
taking some nice images with his C8 and Hyperstar set up. Dumbell, Veil and M
22 came out very nicely. His rolloff building is on the same lot as my
Winebago RV.
I do hope some of you get a chance to spot the bright planets;
