[AZ-Observing] As blue as a blue moon can get?

We'll have two blue Moons in 2018--Jan. & March (without a full Moon in 
Feb.).

The 2nd full Moon of Jan.(31) 2018 will be in eclipse at Moonset for us. 
Maybe if there is a great composite volcano eruption during that time frame, 
the Moonlight will scatter to blue from the dust.  One can only hope...
