Hi all
For the Non Ps I remain chasing Ferrier Hodgson for a better (and now overdue)
update. I am getting concerned (and as Corinna already knows) but phones are
just ringing out to the relevant desks (Simren/Tuan) and even their main switch
board. (the latter has a prerecorded message that the office is closed even
during their day....that has been all this week!!)
So here on the main group I am shouting if any Axis'er knows any more? - ie any
news on the ground etc or have had decent/recent contact with FH? We know that
a variety of units are on the market but not whose, or specifics.
I will try FH tomorrow again anyhow

the sale of the Non-Participating Purchaser (“NPP”) units are ongoing. However,
due to the Covid-19 pandemic and the Movement Control Order (“MCO”) implemented
in Malaysia, the sales have been affected. Nevertheless, with the Certificate
of Fitness (“CF”) being obtained, we hope that the response for the available
units will improve in the coming months. We shall update the NPP on the status
of the disposal in due course.
Please be informed that MCO was imposed by the Malaysian Government pursuant to
the current situation regarding the covid-19 pandemic in our country. As such,
we wish to inform that our Kuala Lumpur office based in Bangsar South City will
be closed from 13 January 2021 (Wednesday) until the end of the MCO period.
Nevertheless, we will be working from home and rest assured, business will be

Hi everyone...I was liaising with agents in KL about selling my units and a
couple of issues emerged:
1. Due to what an agent called “the condo facing issue” (by which I assume he
means the cladding on the building) only 2 banks are providing mortgages to
potential buyers and this has reduced the pool of potential purchasers.
2. The agent says the leasehold title left is only about 65 years so this is a
consideration for buyers. This was a bit of a surprise. I looked through the
original SPA and also the scheme of arrangement doc that the liquidator sent
out and I could not see reference to this. If I had known this at the time
maybe I would have chosen to opt out.
Does anyone else have more info on either of these issues? Apparently the
developer is still trying to sell 30 units. I was expecting it to be higher
really.
