         Skyler had just finished her talk with Georgia and returned to the 
bridge. She sat in her chair and looked at Phillipa Waterson. 

         "Report Ensign"

         "Sir I just picked up an Unauthorized transport to sickbay. It 
appears to have come from outside of the ship. I am unable to determine the 
exactly 
where it came from. Apparently someone disengaged the transporter consoles 
that send the information to the bridge."

         "Thank You Phillipa. I hate to do this but I am handing the bridge 
over to you again. Please keep me posted of anything unusual. I will be in 
sickbay to see who our guest is."

         Skyler left the bridge in capable hands and entered the turbolift 
off the bridge and as soon as the doors closed behind her she told the computer 
to take her to deck 5. While she was heading to her destination, she thought 
about who could have made the unauthorized transport and she came up with only 
two names. Javan and Karg. She really didn't think Javan would do such a 
thing, so her best guess was that it was Karg and he most likely had some help 
in 
the form of Kira. This business of him going AWOL was going to have to stop and 
as executive officer it was going to be up to her to stop it. The lift 
stopped and she exited as the doors opened and she walked down the hallway to 
sickbay.

         The closer she got to sickbay, the louder the sounds got. When she 
arrived in sickbay there was a flurry of activity around one body on the 
nearest Bio bed. From where she was standing Skyler could get a glimpse of the 
person face and she knew she had been correct in her choices. It was Karg. 

         From the way things looked and the way everyone was running around, 
it didn't look to good. Skyler looked around and saw Kira standing in the 
corner. She walked over to her and stood beside her not sure what to say now 
that 
she was next to her. She knew that she should say something but at the same 
time she was extremely upset that this woman would allow one of her crew 
members 
to risk his life like this.

         "Kira, I'm sorry to hear about Karg. I just want you to know that he 
is being treated by the very best there is. If possible could you please tell 
me exactly what happened? I know this is a bad time, but it is important for 
me to know so that I can help him."

         Kira just looked at Skyler and wasn't sure what to say or do. "Thank 
you for being here Skyler. As for what happened I don't know. He didn't 
really tell me anything. " 

         Kira went back to watching what was going on with Karg. Skyler knew 
that Kira was hiding something from her, but decided that now was not the time 
to push. She would approach the Bajoran at another time and get to the bottom 
of this transport. She was also going to have to set some ground rules if 
Kira was going to remain aboard the Avalon.
