<USS Avalon> The Calm Before the Storm

The Calm Before the Storm

Keith sat on the Bridge, he held the PADD in his hand, his mind wandered to
the investigation. He had the final report in his hands, trying to decide on
what the best course of action would be.
His eyes went from the PADD to the view screen.
The repairs in Engineering were going as planned. The Avalon was sitting in
a region of space that according the records of their own time was near the
edge of Federation space.
He finally felt it was necessary to provide his decision to Commanders Skyler
and Sierra.
Keith reached over to the comm., “Commander Skyler, and Commander Sierra,
please report to the bridge conference room.”
He stood, and walked into the conference room, “Mr. White Feather, you have
the bridge.”
Sitting at the head of the table, he waited, the PADD in hand.
Elsewhere in the galaxy, a ship had scanned the Avalon.
It was on an intercept course towards the Avalon’s position.
