3 x Process/Business Analysts/Technical Writers - Chatswood, NSW 

3 roles at a global/ engineering firm: 

1. 1 x Process/business analyst/technical writer - Construction (starts asap
- this week is preferable) 
2. 2 x Process/business analyst/technical writer - Procurement (start in 1
week is preferable) 

The location is Chatswood but you may need to travel interstate at times. 

Below is what you will be doing: 

* Assists with the reorganising/reformatting/rewriting documents written by
content owners (technical experts in their fields) so that they are
structured, clear and legible for the target audience ("Quality check") 
* researches and writes user and reference documentation for our management
system 
* writes and maintains a glossary for our management system 
* writes process (procedure) documents 
* edits and formats documents 
* writes technical and functional specification documents 
* creates workflow diagrams based on written processes (being able to use
Visio would be a great advantage but not necessary) 
* assists with other project documentation and maintenance from time to
time. 

Experience / Background in Construction, Engineering, Mining companies would
be preferable for the first role and a procurement background/experience
within construction and engineering companies for the other 2 roles.

One of the primary tasks would be to take the ideas provided by a "Content
Owner" and undertake "quality checks" = improve their document so that it
fits the format and template that we require. The Technical writer would
also improve the language, assist with workflow (process mapping), and make
sure the language is consistent. Need to set a high standard! 

This project may have up to 100 Content Owners seeking assistance or
"quality checks" from a range of content from Mining to Design, HR, Quality,
Traffic management, Procurement, legal services, Finance etc.
