atw: Urgent Roles

Hi all (or is it hey all now?),

 

I have 2 urgent requirements in VIC:

 

1.    Instructional Designer - Banking industry (one of the big four) 

.         1 month contract (initial, potential to extend), 

.         work with internal instructional designers, SME's and an external
consultancy (which specialises in learning mgmt systems). 

.         Create storyboards, gather requirements, work with their standard
templates and styles. 

.         It is for a TRIM implementation project. 

.         Develop training materials using Captivate. 

.         Interviews: held yesterday!!!! Immediate start! 

.         Melbourne CBD location.

 

2.    Procedure Writer - Food manufacturing industry

.         3 month contract (initially), 

.         create standard operating procedures, 

.         computer based training program where the SOP's need to be
recorded,

.         reporting to Training Manager, 

.         create flowcharts (asked what tool they were using and he said
just MS Word...)

.         someone from food manufacturing background ideal (like baker's
delight or such),

.         min 5 years experience.

.         knowledge and experience with putting the SOP's on intranet (not
essential).

.         Interview - ASAP

.         Start date - ASAP.

.         Location: Braeside

 

1 requirement in NSW:

 

3.    Instructional Designer - Aged Care industry

.         6 weeks contract

.         Assist with cert III in Aged Care modules (aged care, clinical
care, dementia care, palliative care, medical mgmt) - Code is CHC30208

.         Exp with AQTF or RTO

.         Industry experience in aged care, health, nursing (advantageous
and will practically get you this role!)

.         North Western Sydney location

.         Start date: ASAP preferable but can wait 1 or 2 weeks for right
person
