atw: TOC page number ... solved: trap for young players

Hi All:

FYI, mystery of the page number showing in Roman on the page but Arabic in
the TOC solved. Formatting can be imposed on a page number through the
Insert > Page Numbers dialog or with a switch in the field. The page number
was displayed on the page according to its dialog formatting, but the TOC
used the \* roman switch in the field (which was not meant to be there,
mind).
