so, is there a list of security clearance levels that we know about, and =
then a bunch of levels we don't know exist (and you'd need to have one =
of those levels to even know about it)?
and does it depend on how you like your martinis?

you can't get a security clearance on 'spec'
also the cost to the company is minimal since the
commonwealth do most the work (i.e. ASIO).
at the moment its very difficult to get since only
renewals are being done and clearances for essential
work.
a clearance is not 'portable' it relates to the work
requirements of the position only. it does not belong
to you.
a clearance can take up to 12 months to obtain.
