I had a look at the Tech writing services link - and could not find one name -
I always find it very sus when a website does not identify one of their people
by name.

I had a look at that url.
I found it rather strange.
1. There was no identification of the source or auspices of the article.
2. There was no supportive evidence, bibliography or reference list.
3. It said nothing very specific that could be used - it was, in a word -
waffle.
4. The spelling seemed generally OK but the grammar was a bit Asian.
What does this all mean? No-one willing to own up to a load of cods? Is it
perhaps an undergraduate essay that someone is trying to flog?
That smileys figure showing what happens as a group grows is part of normal
social psychology - that the number of relationships to be managed is
proportional to n! - that is, 'n factorial'.
Look, Christine, although your employer is likely to want a gold mine for
nothing, go talk with a professor in Operations Management in one of the
business schools, in say, USQ or Bond. It may cost you a bit of travel and a
couple of cups of coffee - but it should be better than empty waffle.
