atw: Free PDF to Word conversion programs

Hi
I was wondering if anyone has any advice/feedback regarding programs such as
http://www.primopdf.com/. I have a PDF document for work that we have the
copyright, but alas cannot find the original source file. As this is a one-off
conversion I was wondering about one of the free downloads options, but if they
are deemed to be no good, is Scansoft the best and most economical option?
