I am looking for someone for a project with the gold-mining company
Evolution. The project is in two phases:
. Phase 1: 10-12 days on-site at the mine just outside Kalgoorlie
(with all expenses paid: fares, meals, accommodation, etc.)
. Phase 2: x months of work that can be done from your home
(updating and creating technical documents).
The company wrote to us thus:
"The mine (small) has been using various platforms for document control but
now that Evolution have acquired the operation, we are planning on rolling
our SharePoint (as a company - not just to this site).
"What we have is a bit of 'mess' with a multitude of document that have been
produced overtime and duplicated, etc. etc. etc.
"What I require is someone to come to site to facilitate a layered document
mapping exercise to determine what documents are actually required (either
legally or operationally) then to help define these per operational/
department area."
Phase 1 (the on-site phase) is the documentation mapping and analysis phase.
What you discover (and propose) as a result of your on-site work will
determine the length of phase 2.
