Hi Cathy If you are using Office XP, then the Microsoft Office Tools installed by default (look under Start > All Programs (on WinXP) > Microsoft Office Tools) - these include document imaging and document scanning apps. I haven't used either, so have NO idea how effective they are. No doubt they're nowhere near as effective as tools developed over time for such a job, but hey, they're free with office XP and might be worth a try.
