I'd be super interested in how you use the declicker. I don't have any clicky
audio to fix right now but I'm sure I will!
Thanks,
David

Sure, send me the link.
I suggest that you download the declicker plug-in from the Audacity forum. It's
the best of its kind, comparable to commercial products from Waves, Izotope and
alike.
The only drawback is that it is somewhat slow and maybe a bit confusing with
regard to the parameters.

Hi all
I've got a damaged recording that's just over an hour long.
It's difficult to describe the problem I have, but I've been unable to
smooth out the sound.
Under "Effects," it seemed like "Clickremoval" would do it, but when
I tried that, it didn't work.
The sound is a chunk of a baseball game.
If anybody is willing to take a shot at fixing it, I would be most
grateful.
I would send anybody a dropbox link to the damaged recording so they
can see if they can fix it.
Thank you for your time, and thanks in advance for any consideration
you may bive.
