Thanks to all for your assistance so far. I’m going to record using Zoom and
probably edit using Audacity.
I see one difference between Audacity and Goldwave. (Obviously, there are a lot
of them, but one concerns me at present😊 With TW, you can set the start marker,
then record material which will appear at that point. From my limited trial,
with Audacity, the recording is appended. Do you have to create the recording
you want to insert, then paste it at the start marker location in order to
achieve this objective with Audacity?
