Note that if you're using Audacity 3.2.0 or later, you can use a much more recent version of ffmpeg. Assuming that you're using the 64 bit version of Audacity, then the name of the link to the installer is FFmpeg_5.0.0_for_Audacity_on_Windows_x86_64.exe on the following page:
