Hi To reduce the silence between track, you can select and cut the parts you want. Folow these steps Select the track you want to reduce silence by pressing Enter on it. You should hear: track name select on. Play the audio until the place you want to mark the selection start Shift+A to stop playing, and move cursor to that position. Play until the place you want to end the selection Press P to pause Press right bracket to mark the end selection Press spacebar to stop the audio Now you can press C to hear the preview. Audacity will play afew second before and after the selection. When you are satisfy with the selection, press the delete key to remove it. Otherwise, you can do that using the truncate silence effect in the Effect menu. I don't remember the parameters in this, so I can't help you now.
