Normally, it's for Windows in C:\program files (x86)\vstplugins\

Here's a cool trick if you want to correct single notes with Audacity:
1. Select the note
2. open "Change Pitch
3. tab through the UI.
   The second note should be the same as the first one.
4. The trick: In the target field, change the octave, e.g. "4" to something 
different and then immediately back, OK

What happens is that the values in "frequencies" will change to the exact 
semitone, that is, the cents will be rounded. Note that this doesn't work if 
you change the note, e.g. G flat to A and back, it has to be the octave.
