I did not follow the process all the way, but pretty sure the following will
work.
Go to this page <https://www.freelists.org/list/audacity4blind> . Find the
combobox and choose unsubscribe. Ignore all the stuff about recapture and find
the Next button and press it. Provide your email address so a confirmation
email can be sent.

Hello, everyone in the Audacity 4 Blind mailing lisd. I'm trying to unsubscribe
from the audacity mailing list, but I'm lost in locating the link. If possible,
may someone send me the link? I would really appreciate it.
warm regards, Mecail Martin.

Thank you, Andrew!
In addition, the coloring of the tracks would be very useful.

You’re taxing my memory and my laziness precludes me from checking the files
right now. If I didn’t cover it in audacity-intro.mp3 I probably did in
audacity-navigation.mp3. But to save you ploughing through them:
The secret is to understand the dialog that appears when you press the left or
right bracket when stopped. If you press left bracket when at the beginning of
the track the screen reader will say something like 00h00m00s000 milliseconds.
The exact format will depend on settings, which can be adjusted with the
application key. You can either key in values or use up/down arrows to adjust
values. I often press either Home or End before changing values so I know
exactly where I am.
To place the cursor at one minute one option is as follows:
1. Press left bracket
2. Press Home
3. Write 0001 and press Enter.
If you are already in the middle of the track, your current location will be
shown. In that case, to get to exactly one minute you will likely need to
adjust the seconds and milliseconds as well.
One interesting thing is that you can enter a value beyond the length of the
file. If you do that in error you will wonder where your audio has gone.

Do these tutorials show how to select various time points in the same track,
like at 1 minute and then at 2 minutes? I can't seem to figure it out.
Thanks for any assist!

Hi Grant
You will find several audio tutorials I have done on this page
<https://1drv.ms/u/s!AqaMwQC-taeGmBi3PWiV3EnNPCjK?e=wxof8t> . Filenames are
pretty self-explanatory.
In case you do not have it already, here is David Bailes’ Audacity Guide
<https://vip.chowo.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/jaws/Audacity-3.1.0-Guide.html>
written specifically for screen reader users.
Shout if you have any problems with the audio files.

Hi there.
I’m still brand new at sound editing and the use of Audacity.
Can someone please put the tutorials up?
Kind regards
