Spectral editing should be accessible, provided that you've enabled
all that is necessary to do it.
It's far to complicated currently imho.
Read up in the manual.
If you can't make head or tail of it, write back...
Basically, you have to enable the toolbar, a spectral view on the
tracks and check the "allow spectral editing" checkbox in preferences,
I think you can get at it from the track drop down menu (Shift+M).
