[audacity4blind] Nudging tracks in Audacity

Hi all,

What's the best way to nudge tracks forward or backwards in order to sync them
up? I'm thinking of a situation where I have recorded a zoom call with everyone
on their own individual file, but clearly the Zoom files have not all started
at the very same time. I need to move things around a little to make the audio
coherent.

Any thoughts appreciated.
