Import the track, select all using ctrl + A, use space bar to start playback,
and, while it's playing, use first the [ key and then the ] key to mark start
and end of a selection of as close as possible to just the hissing sound.
Then use space bar to stop playback, and under effects menu, look for noise
reduction, and when you activate it the first time, it should come up focused
on the noise sample button, which will try to extract a sample from the
selection you just applied.
Once that's done, use ctrl + A to re-select the whole track, and, bring up the
noise reduction effect dialogue again, and, now activate the ok button to apply
it across the track, hopefully having removed the noise somewhat.
This is the simple/basic version - give it a go, and, let know if helped at all.
