Hi Uma
There are several options for finding current position. Before discussing
them, you may find this audio introduction
<https://www.sendspace.com/pro/dl/v56cn4> to Audacity helpful when editing
your podcasts. I recorded it a few years ago and it needs revising which, as I
have said several times recently, I hope to do soon. Anyway, it also includes
some information on identifying your current position.
If you are not currently recording, pressing left square bracket ([)will give
you the position. If you want to know where you are while recording, press
control-f6 and tab until you reach Audio Position. NVDA will announce the time
and keep updating.

Subject: [audacity4blind] New to Audacity - Need Some Help
Hi All! As I started using audacity, there are a lot of doubts popping up,
apologies for these mails.
Is there any way to know the current track time using NVDA on Audacity? As I
was editing my podcast, it is important for me to know the current track time.
So any help would be great. Thank you. Regards
