[audacity4blind] Might be a bit of an odd question - is it possible to simply/easily tweak an existing sound to try to get it to fall into a frequency range

Hi there

Know this may sound a bit odd, but, sort of relates to using alternative sound forms to render a version of something like a common tune - for example, I know the frequencies of the notes for happy birthday, but, might want to take an alternative sound form, and, process it to play back in the frequency ranges of the notes of a song like that?

Know could tune this bit by bit, using something like the change pitch effect, but, just wondering if there's a simpler way to handle it, using output frequency reanges, etc.?
