Hi Claire

David has dealt with getting your material onto two tracks and has provided
more coherent notes on autoducking.  As well as his intro to Audacity
written specifically for screen reader (JAWS in particular) users, Audacity
comes with what I find to be a very effective manual.  Open it from
Audacity's help menu.

Over a year ago I did an audio introduction which you may also find helpful.
You can download it from https://www.sendspace.com/pro/dl/v56cn4.
