[audacity4blind] Making all my music the same volume

Hi
I have over 500 songs on my USB and was wondering if anyone knows of a free 
program to make all the songs the same volume? some are really quiet and others 
really loud.
I tried mp3 Gain but it wasn't accessible.
I use NVDA
