Unfortunately, due to a bug, Export Multiple does not preserve "white
space" at the start of a track.
The workaround is to generate a section of silence at the beginning of
each track. Audacity will then pad any empty space after that silence with
silence of the same length as the empty space.
To do that (shortcuts are correct for Linux and probably Windows. For
macOS, replace "Ctrl" with "command"):
1) "Ctrl + A" (select all)
2) "Home" (cursor to start)
3) "Alt + G" (open the Generate menu)
4) "Down cursor" to "Silence"
5) "Enter" to open the "Silence" generator
6) Set the duration to, say, 1 second, and then "Return" to apply the
effect.

I think that in the newer versions, the white space (silence) at the
start is preserved on export. This means that you don't have trouble
with the alignment. The downside is that you have a lot of wasted
space in the file.
I would personally export all clip by clip (after "Detach at Silences*).
I certainly could write a Nyquist plug-in that does that.
For some DAWs, one could even create a project in this way (Reaper for
instance).
If this isn't possible, you would have to provide the correct start
times in e.g. a spreadsheet.
If ever possible, use a demo version of the target DAW and place the
tracks yourself.
Otherwise, stick to the first proposal, export all tracks incl.
silence and the receiver can remove the leading/trailing space later.
