Hi Vitor,
these tools control a user's mouse interaction. There is no keyboard
equivalent of either the draw tool, or the envelope tool.
The envelope tool is a sort of automation, thought currently the envelope
points are associated with clips and not tracks. This may well change in
future versions of Audacity, which will also hopefully make them accessible
to keyboard users as well.
