I am running Audacity 2.3.2.?? I am reading various items on the web
about using the Audacity Chain function to create a sequence of effects
to using on a group of files.?? I cannot locate where to create these
chains.?? The articles seem to say it is located in the File menu, but I
do not find anything there.?? Is this accessible with screen-reading
software?
