I’m glad there is a new release candidate for audacity. I hope that the
developers will someday soon develop a new version of audacity that works with
the latest version of Apple opus at the voiceover.

If you want this version of Audacity to use its own separate settings, then
after you have extracted the files, in the folder that contains Audacity.exe
create a folder with the name Portable Settings.
