[audacity4blind] Adding to a recording

Hi all.

I have something recorded and need to add other tracks at the beginning and at 
the end.

I can't figure out how to copy tracks to make one continuous track.  When I do, 
you can hear all the tracks starting at once.

Any ideas please?
