Is there anyway you can get me and some other members approved, I really want
to get a helpdesk going sooner rather than later, that way we can be ready for
the start
of next year with some experience under our belts.

i got approved as a Linux troubleshooter, along with a couple of people from
Physics, after i mentioned it offhand at the last SSLC. we could still do with
a real, proper, CompSci Linux helpdesk though, but it'll make a good stopgap.
